HDD Low Level cannot lock???

Trying to run HDD Low Level always indicates it cannot lock the drive :( . I have terminated ALL running programs except HDD, reloaded and re-executed HDD with no luck :cry: .... Probably some other 'cockpit' error...
All Ideas welcomed....

Hello

If you're running Windows 7 or newer try to remove partions from the drive before "clean" it.
