The first five digits of serial number must be WMAV3 and the DCM code of HARNHTJCH

Matching the SN is not going to guarantee a compatible loader. do you know ROM version?

Also, with this series, you may get ABA access to the SA if you block the regions defined in ROM, but it depends on what is wrong with the disk.

You need module 11 from a drive of the same SA/ROM version. This should help to make sure you get a more compatible loader. I guess you need it because your native '11 is bad?
