Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello HDDGuru community.
Recently I have got a Seagate 3TB HDD ran into problems: emitting high pitch sound and stop working.
Drive sent to Kroll Ontrack and they told me it is a head crash and no assistance can be provided.
DriveSavers and CBL refused to take the drive after they took a look at the photo.
Is it hopeless already, or are there recovery companies to try?
Thanks.

How much are you willing to spend for a partial recovery?

Ditto.
The recovery cost will be high and you have to pay in advance parts and maybe diagnose. I would not refuse the case right out , assuming parts are available, but it is a high priced and non guaranteed result job. So said...
