ST7200.12 500GB

Hi,
I have Seagate 7200.12 500GB firmware:cc46. After powering up, it spins and makes clicking noise for a while then stop spinning. PC bios cannot detect it. I go to serial terminal. The result is in terminal log. What is the problem of this hard drive (head, firmware or both)?
