i have heard some peoples are being used batch file script for like selfscan after complete that process drive gone refurb .
have you heard something like that ?

... AND if the drive is functional it can potentially brick it forever if things go wrong, in my opinion.

Cut power in the middle of certain commands and see... :mrgreen:
(This is when things go wrong)

P.S. Did you actually FIX any.11 or .12 drive from a degraded state with this method and tested to work in the long run? I am afraid no. This thing is "just an illusion" (Imagination, 1982)...
