Hitachi TravelStar 250GB user locked after Low Level Format

January 31st, 2014, 15:38

I have a problem with a Hitachi Travelstar 250GB from Toshiba Laptop which for some reason got locked after a Low Level Format and I don't know the Master Password or any password what so ever. I'm possitive that it happend after the LLF because previously I got inside the drive and copied some data I wanted. Please can someone help? I don't care for the data inside since I took them.

I finally unlocked it. For some reason the internal erase command stuck and left the password "password" on the drive but after used hdparm command the drive returns "locked disabled". Now for some reason the Gparted returns I/O error and on information it says "unrecognized disk label" ....
