hi,
i got one case of Toshiba 2.5" hard drive model: MK3021GAS size: 30 GB. Its head stick to platter surface. How do i take the head out of platter to the parking ramp?

Sure it is just the heads stuck to platter? These drives suffered from seizure of the fluid dynamic bearings in the spindle motor. Haven't seen one for about 4 years.
