I did a low level format and now my 250GB drive says 128GB. Is there anything I can do to get the full 250GB?

3 hours later.............
I downloaded seatools for dos. That didnt work with windows7 due to failure to recognize mouse and keyboard. So I found a legacy version of seatools for dos on the seagate website. Ran it and used the capacity...maximize commands and the missing diskspace was made accessible. I then had to use partition wizard to extend the 128GB to the full 250GB. Worked like a charm.
