which one of these two a good donor drive ?

I have 160GB WD HDD got head damage and this is the label pic

which one I can use for head replacement ??

Probably none of them. Different families, very different DOM's. DCM might be kind of important in these models, and they are quite different as well.

None of these to my knowledge.
Try to match the families for better results.
