7200.11 HDD with no message in terminal

February 26th, 2014, 4:33

hi all
I have a Seagate 7200.11 HDD
(ST31500341AS fw:CC1H)
with a problem of empty in terminal.
It can be detected in BIOS, with wrong model, wrong FW and wrong LBA.

And I'm sure all cables are in good connection.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance. :)

This error is associated with faulty heads.

Exactly so.

Or non-native PCB

Or on (very) rare occasions, the PCB can be bad
