WD20EARX No Data Access

Hi,
Need Help for WD20EARX not giving access to Data Area.
All Modules are Okay. Hardware Module checking says all Okay.
Tried Translator Regen, no luck.
Please some solutions.

Try to test heads.
Sometimes on WD if one or more heads are bad or weak the translator will not initialize and you will not have data access.
Is pcb native ? Does the drive id with correct model ?
Was the drive working on a pc or was it pulled from a dvr or some other machine ?

One of the heads is weak, i never thought of this i will try changing it and update
PCB very much native and drive id with correct model.
