3 TB My Book Essential issue

February 27th, 2014, 2:39

Hi every one,

My HDD model is
WDBACW0030HBK-NESN
3 TB My Book Essential

First of all sorry if this is re-post or similar post.
This is my brand new Mybook only used 3 or 4 times, there is no important data in it, i just want to work, its still in warranty but i purchased it from US through my friend and can not send it back to US.

I connect the other HDD to bridge board its working fine. It means my bridge board is ok?

I connect this HDD to PC via direct SATA some times it detect as (0.0) GB and some times its not detect by bios?

every time i start the HDD it behave in different mode, I post some sounds here please listen and confirm me is it media/head problem or its PCB problem?

if its PCB problem then i can order PCB and change the bios from original PCB to doner PCB.

waiting for your suggestion!
