hello
short point number 47 with hdd ground and then power on, it will go to safe mode.

search on PCB care fully, this PCB is in my hand, and it has pin number 47 left down corner, where head connecting points are available.

ISTM that it should be possible to locate the required test point simply by comparing the USB PCB against a SATA PCB with the same MCU.
Locate the test point on the SATA PCB and trace it to the corresponding pin on the MCU. Then locate this same MCU pin on the USB board and probe around with your eyes and your meter. Test for continuity with an appropriate component or test point. ISTM that you should be looking for a test point adjacent to a pullup resistor.

hello again , the pin 47 on this board will not send it to safe mode like other models ..

thanks for the hint , i testes the thing against 2 working PCBs , the thing is , on the two working pcb , i couldn't track pin47 way to the main mcu , and testing this pin again all the mcu pins along with the smooth chip pins , will not return any result ..

Stupid me , e47 is pined to a resistor, testing the oher side of the same resistor revealed the MCU pin that is assigned to it ,

I could be wrong, but I would think that the following configuration would be the norm. If so, then one end of the resistor would be connected to the Vio supply, in which case you must NOT short this end to ground.

A connected to pin47
B connected to C of resistor R29
voltages are :
A,B,C 2.81 V
D 3.25 V
R29 two ends are connected to the MCU ..
in my opinion shorting the other end of r23 will burn the mcu as u stated ..

Trying to autodetect the PCB with PC3K should set it to safe mode from ERR status after about 30 seconds, IIRC. I'm not sure if that's because it is sending techno ID or some sort of signal.
