Hi,
can anyone please confirm the below donor drive is compatible for head swap ?
PATIENT DRIVE:
ST3000DM001
ICH166-572
FW: CC46
SITE: SU
PRODUCT OF CHINA
DONOR DRIVE:
ST3000DM001
ICH166-572
FW: CC46
SITE: WU
PRODUCT OF CHINA
The difference is only site that is WU although made in china

Haven't deal with this very same case, but being TK and WU, it didn't work for me. Preamps seemed to be compatible and I could say some portion of the SA was read, but if I were able to recover the data from the patient (TK) it was thanks to another TK.

TK is Thailand and WU is China but in my case both are china.

Yes I know, but they're still different factories. I think they're only about 30 miles away from each other, but... does that guarantee they are compatible?
