ts a 160GB for petes sake, and you dont have any files you need.
options:
-Pretend it is a XP OS install drive and discontinue support for it...
-Make a Youtube video entitled "HaHa burn BAby burn" by Tutayule and the starring role is your HDD...
-Show your mum how to destroy what the Feds are going to confiscate...
-Scratch some large !!!! into the platters and make a wall clock, make !!!! the time for "Baywatch" in your city...
-See how far you can throw a HDD and pitch it to the Olympic committe for a new sport to add...
-Practice flashing some really cool, magic firmware over andove and over untill the NAND heats up so much it explodes...
-Add a variable power upply to the motor and gradually increase voltage until the speed of the platter gets so great it disintegrates...
-Put it back in your PC and use it as normal.

Sorry I got totally ridiculous with the last one!!! oops forgot one... ! <-here it is

Some JMicron bridges (eg JM20337) had an insidious data corruption bug. This was due to a particular resistor in JMicron's reference design. The fix was to remove the resistor.
