My dead HDD symptoms: not spinning at all
I bought this working donor on ebay.
Tried live swap (windows xp, power management->sleep hdd after 3 mins). After i wake up pc (old hdd swapped pcb out of replacement hdd) - first of all hdd not spinning but after 1min begins to spin and hdd goes out from my computer and disk management. Then i go shutdown, computer is shutting down for a long time.
Can you help me ? Is this replacement hdd not suitable ?

You are going about it the wrong way.
"Live swap" like this will never work.
You either need a compatible (same FW version at least) PCB or swap the "ROM" chip over (usually a AT29C1025 48-pin TSOP) from the dead PCB to the donor.
But first, check any TVS diodes and fuses.
Post a photo if you like?

Or... I have a (99% surely) suitable donor drive if interested?

Just swap.
"live swap" is totally useless to you, forget about it.
Yes, post a photo of PCB

Why? Pcimage seems to think that a straight PCB swap is all that is necessary.
