remote help - modules repair

Hello

We have WD 500GB Royl drive
There is unreadable P-List and ATA Module #11

We cannot rewrite the ATA module.
We have Salvation WD HD doctor tool

Can somebody help remotely ?

It's a complex case as the failure is worse than it seems. Remote won't do it. The drive needs a lot of pampering even under the assumption the firmware issue is resolved remotely. And it looks like it needs a new set of heads anyway.

Try Reserve ARCO Calibration if you have WDR with some experience.

Tryed to write to different module address, including to ss log, to replace that space with mod 11.

Load the modified 01h and 11h ?

No luck. Can't write mod 11. Tryed also to power off/on first when new location is set.

I can teach you it can solve module writing error with no data lost.
