Hi,
Cleaning out my basement:)
Are the ttl pins on maxtor drives the same a seagate?
Third pair of pins in jumper block from ide side, ground on the bottom fourth pin?
ide|::(:).
^^
This is for:
maxtor diamond maxplus 8 40G code NAR61590 (bad sector0)
maxtor diamond maxplus 9 80G code YAR41BW0 6Y080P0422211 (no smart)
maxtor 92732ub this one sounds like a jet and is prob best used for an art project:)
Also does the ibm 34l7391 18.36G scsi ldv have a serial diagnostic interface on in the jumper block or is that just for setting the scsi id?
It would be nice to have a go a refurbishing this as a spare drive for my ibm a510 if I ever get round to turning it on again:)

Thanks
Peter
