HDD in state occupied

Hello I have a hard disk of 2TeraByte ST2000DM001 PCB: 100687658 REV C ,in state occupied.Please I need help to find a solution to this problem.

Do you have any more information. Do you mean the drive is BSY ? a screenshot of terminal output may help

I turn off the computer and turn it on the HDD makes the normal noises start, but neither the setup nor the
operating system recognize it, it seems that BSY is, the output of the terminal says something like sping off.
