HDD Busy

Hello I have a hard disk of 2TeraByte ST2000DM001 PCB: 100687658 REV C ,in state BSY.

The terminal output is:

Boot 0x40M
Spin Up
Trans.

Spin Up
SpinOK
(P) SATA Reset
LED: 000000BD SAddr:0000988E
LED: 000000BD SAddr:0000988E
.......

And do not answer any command. Can anyone help me solve this problem
