7200.12 Terminal problem

Hi everyone..
i have a Barracuda 7200.12 with cc38 firmware
this disk's firmware has crashed . so showns 3 gb at bios
i think i can fix it with terminal. but i cant send command... seems to be drive is locked for terminal. what i can do ? . my serial rx tx is working properly. (i could connect 7200.7,7200.10 disks and reset their smarts etc.. )

P.S : This drive is for experimental no need to data...
