I have a Hitachi 1.8'' htc424020f7at00, the PCB is completly dead. Does anyone news what are the requirements for PCB swap?

For these even component transplantation will not work, let alone straightforward PCB swap.
You need either to repair the original board or using different circuitous ways extract the original ROM (it's in the MCU).
