first try to connect drive to another computer and try.
If this Will not work, then without knowledge Will be hard to do anything.
If data are valuable for you, contact pro data recovery service.

i change the computer i do many thinks but still i can't solve this problem ...
i can go to pro data recovery service but ... let's think first coz i face many wd with this problem
no one face this problem with wd usb3 ext Hdd ?!

when you connect drive to computer are there any strange sounds? Did drive spin up?

i have more than one wd ext hdd usb3
normal sound normal work driver ok but can't see it at my computer or device manager
i will try to record video

Hello alwasatgate,
it could be two things. First firmware problem or second USB2SATA adapter(integrated on PCB)
Do you have hot airgun and soldering iron and torx screw driver.
And you will need to put drive out of enclosure and post PCB number or better picture of it
