copy data from protected HDD

Hi guyz!
Here is a short description of problem I have faced with:

1) I have a notebook. And It's not totally mine
When I turn on notebook I see HDD password, ok I know the password. Next Win7 is loading. And yes, Win7 ask me to enter a domain password and I don't know it. I have no access to BIOS, its locked by another password.

2) I can physically remove HDD and plug it using SATA-USB connector to my home PC. But in this case I see that HDD as Unallocated Data and of course can't copy anything.

So can you give me any advise how can I copy the data from locked HDD?

The domain password windows asks for is not a hard drive password at all, it is a windows based password. When you say "Unallocated Data", what exactly do you mean? Who or what application says this?

Volks, of course windows password and hdd boot password is not the same thing)
When I plugged notebook HDD to my home PC I opened Admin Tools - Computer management - Storage - Disk Management. There I can find information about plugged notebook HDD. The whole HDD is marked as Unallocated Data, no local disks at all.

Ok, You have a windows network controlled by a Domain Controller(DC). When the computer is logged into using a domain password, it authenticates against Active Directory. So unless offline files is enabled or other things for the domain, you should instead use a "local pc" password.
This is available by accessing a different "domain" the pc itself, and a shorthand way is

That's dot, slash, computername. you will need to know a user account and password, or possibly if you can start the PC up, crack the password. This is typically done by "logon using a different account" or entering in different domain creds.
Or try a password "finding" disk such as ophcrack. or other (paid for win7) Konboot.

If this is not your computer, you could be breaking the law (even if it is your girlfriends, wives, brothers) so if this is the case, don't do whatever it is you are planning.

Seems the disk could be encrypted.

Ok, with little to go on we are assuming a lot. BUT, if it is the case, and for others reading this:
consider a guy got 3 years in prison for looking at his wifes email because he thought she was cheating.
He knew the password AND she WAS cheating. he did jail time.. Judge says she is entitled to privacy. worth it????

i have solution for your problem you need to connect your hdd in directly sata in you pc and go to bios in your pc and select boot order 1st boot for native hardsik on own computer after you acessall the data don't connect hdd on usb because usb is not shown windows installed disk on plug n play its marked on Unallocated Data its my opinion and my experiance

If the notebook is not yours, the information on the drive is not for your eyes….end of it.
And hopefully no one here is given you information to retrieve it.
