Hello,

The drive in topic spin up normally ( half calibration ) and get ready but no detection. After heads replacement the drive make the same symptoms.
PCB changed but no luck.

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance.

Hello

You have a problem in firmware or head are not compatible.

Good Luck

FW checked after hot swap mod02 was corrupted. I believe heads are compatible too. Because after heads replacement the drive detected with full model and capacity but with slow responding and I tried to connect to SD doctor but this problem happens before I tried anything.

The drive is ID'ed right after head swap?
What's the problem after, than?
Slow responding?

Yes. But with slow responding then I connect the drive to SD doctor to fix this.

When I powered off the drive and power on again the drive become undetectable and make half calibration and couldn't load normally.

Most probably you have bad media. Meybe media damages heads too

Can you try to backs heads to donnor drive another time¿

If not correcty works, then your media is badly
