Hello everyone i have a couple of questions about my daughter laptop. It is a toshiba l45.
The problem im having is when the computer starts up it automatically popups and ask for hdd/ssd password which she dosen't no how it got set.

I cant do anything on it at all will not let me access the bios. i have tried ubcd but it want boot either. The only way i can get the ubcd to boot is remove the hdd. Is there anything i can do to recover this drive or erase the drive and reload windows any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Will
