Hello,
Jamaica hard disk has 2 Heads and capacity is 320 GB, this is original settings.

In your case
Your hdd is 160GB, it means it was working only on single heads.
And there is no way to cut head if the drive is working only on one head.

Try see head map to get details of working heads

53E1 is a servo error associated with a wedge, which does not make much sense in this case. I suspect that software you use simple does not work correctly.
You may want to ask tech support of this software.

Hello,
this hdd capacity was reduced after ARCO. Refurbish hard disk.

Mr.Doomer was correct. error in software.
