http://www.ufsexplorer.com/download_pro.php

The software allows to open disk images and virtual disks produced by virtual machines of the leading virtualization software vendors (including VMware Player, VMware Workstation, VMware ESX Server, VMware Fusion, Microsoft Virtual PC, Microsoft Hyper-V, Parallels Desktop etc.). The software operates virtual disks and disk image files exactly in a way as if they were physical disks and allows to access or recover lost data from disk images and virtual disks.

Your description is rather scarce (what was the config according to the client, what happened, etc.) and I rarely use R-Studio, so would prefer not to guess blindly for now.

Reassemble the array in UFS Explorer and show what you'll get with it.

Should you decide you need an assistance, we'll be glad to help remotely. We get VMware recoveries quite frequently and can help even with unobvious things, like manual reassembly of virtual machines.

Matter not in stripe size which you can change and try, change and try.
Matter is in layout . Datastore1, datastore2 labeling of volumes by default , uses mostly in P800 and newer server models , there is not regular Left Synchr mode.
