ROM Reader with SOIC8

Hello,

Does someone has a manual or can tell me how to use this ROM reader (do not need to desolder):

SOIC8 SOP8 flash chip IC Test Clips socket adpter BIOS/24/25/93 programmer like the picture attached.

Any help will be appreciated.
