+1 with hpw333.
Where are you from in Bangladesh?

PC-3000 plus Data Extractor. Forget Dolphin and Atola, they don't even compete.

i like PC3K + DE. But you need knowledge, is not an easy tool to use

Tools are useless without data recovery experience.

Each answer here is a personal experience and also depends on the
type of market one operates, and much, much more on the country
(part of the world) one lives:
Where I see rarely drives with FW problems and customers will
instantly buy a new drive, on other side of the globe, labour time
costs nearly nil - so a drive will be repaired until it falls apart ....
For a novice on my side (with high labour costs) I do suggest to
have a very, very close look to the Atola Insight Forensic - its
outstanding in its cloning/imaging features and results.
It is a very, very interesting tool even for those working in Repair
Shops, Forensic Labs or companies internal IT departments, who
dont want to care about technical background - but want to have
outstanding results.
Everybody who wants to treat/handle the (few) cases beyond cloning
/imaging can either outsource them to a partner DR - or has to deal
with PC3K express ... which needs quite some time to handle it, its
a very fine product, but definitely no one button solution.
My experience to start: Get the best hardware cloning/imaging tool
of the market (in my opinion Atola Insight Forensic), earn money
with it - and at later time decide whether you want to do the next
step.
