Is donor pcb HN-M101MBB/EX2 compatible? Possible?

Is edit id pcb?

Did you check the +5V supply at the rear of the PCB? AFAICT, there is a zero-ohm resistor, inductor, and TVS diode (?). I have seen several cases where the chip inductor is affected by a dry solder joint.

Did you also check the serial terminal output?
