How much does Seagate Date Matter for Head Swap?

I'm curious. I've always tried to find a donor within a few months when I need heads. But I notice that on DonorDrives.com's parts matching guide, they don't list date as being a factor for Seagate.

I'm just curious what your experiences have been.

It matters sometimes but rarely, can be ignored.
