Samsung USB drive not recognized after hours plugged in PC

Hello,

I have a Samsung USB drive (HM502JX) that was plugged in a PC for hours, now it's not recognized and produce a weird sound (see files attached: SOUND+PCB).

The USB blink and the drive like try to spin but stop in 5sec.

Could it be a Head issue (hope no)? is it the USB bridge issue? if yes where can I shortcut it?

Try to obtain a serial terminal log.

I expect that these would be the Tx/Rx test points:
