second partition ext2 with 4gb.

HDD DVR.

necessary to recover hdd data.

You will have to contact the manufacturer for assistance on how to read their proprietary file system. At least they were kind enough to provide you with their name and website right at the front of the partition.

Most DVRs use their own proprietary format to store videos, so WinHex will be of no use here, only if you plan to analyze drive contents and develop your own recovery utility.
