Regenerating a WD5000BPVT-00HXZT1

Hello.
I got a used notebook on a good deal, and in this computer there is this 2,5" hdd, the Western Digital wd5000bpvt-00hxzt1, 500 GiB Caviar Blue.
The disk is kind of faulty on some sectors, so I tried to fix/regenerate it with HDDRegenerator (on a bootable usb) but when it have to read the bad sectors (starting at sector 327747000, circa 160032 MiB) it reports me this flashing writing: "1 - DRIVE IS NOT READY" for some sector, then it stops reading/try-to-fix and shows me a screen that tells me that the hard drive is not ready and to switch off then on the computer, and if the sata controller is set to ahci to change it to compatible ide mode, things that I tried already, to no avail. It says also that if its externally connected, to connect internally, but the drive is obviously already inside.

What can I try also to fix this issue? It doesn't have any important data, so I would listen to many suggestions.

Errata corrige, it wasn't a Caviar Blue but a Scorpio Blue.
