Did you try LE and then clear A-list in utility ?

on these discs, no LE

Have you tried just replacing the PCB with a good match? I had one that was like this before and all I did was cold swap the PCB and it worked beautifully.

Solve it....
More than one time power off and power on and now is ready.
Make an image for data recovery....
