PCB burned.
model : MD05000-BQDW-R0.
spec
7200RPM
ATA 300
16MB BUF
PCB : 2060-701477-002
i want to know family of this hdd.

Which tool ur using?
might be one of those:
Tornado
Tornado 2R
Tornado 2D
OR Spider
those are Refub. WD

Not sure, but it looks like a Tornado family.
For Pcb replacement look for 701477 and swap ROM chip
