Hello, my HD has stopped working.
It was working in a server that runs 24/7 as a data disk.
It stopped working when the system was running with no data transfer to the Samsung.
I want to try to change the PCB from another HD the serial on my disc is S246J9BSB02761, the serial from the donor is S246JDWSB36076 and S246J9CB135622.
Will one of these fit?
Thanks and greetings,
Erik.

I know Spildit loves getting everyone to buy terminal adapters to check the readout on their Seagate drives. But the fact is you have a 99.9% chance that's it's either bad read/write heads or damaged media. In either event there is absolutely nothing you can do yourself, so why bother.
If the data is important, just send it to a professional data recovery company. Trust me.
