replacement Seagate pcb

I'm trying to locate one of the above. I have attached a photo of the outer details of the HDD. The chipset details are as follows,
100407839
V470DBL6ETR
9E639032
AA126
TWN 99 647

I don't know what all this means and I have never done this before but it doesn't look that difficult.
Can anyone help me on this.

The disc won't spin and there was smoke coming from somewhere around it.

On the Pcb you will have a white sticker...match the number that starts with 100xxxxxx and replace Rom chip.

The ROM need to be trannsfered for sure. PCB has got adaptive data in the ROM. There is many availible online, I think you are in UK so here is link http://www.pcb4you.com/products/seagate ... -rev-a-pcb
