Looks like the motor controller is missing too. Why waste time fixing a PCB that is so cheap to buy on ebay?

I believe that an Si4833DY or equivalent should do the job. The MOSFET appears to be the chopper for the negative regulator for the preamp.
The following PCB appears to have a similar circuit in that area.
