anyhow sorry If this was too much info to start with but the first section is what my drive currently reports/ normally reports the other 2 I got when attempting to short the read channel and slapping ctrl-z

I have tried to short the read channel (maybe I'm using wrong location)
slap ctrl-Z like no ones business
use card stock on both the motor / heads either or / both.

Anyhow any advice Knowledge or resources would be greatly appreciated.

I'm under the impression that once I get this out of BSY state that I can take a look at smart errors / heads / preamp values and possibly clear smart errors but first step is to bypass this BSY state.

Thanks again Super duper appreciated by this here noob to ttl

Upload component side pic of PCB so we can see if you're shorting the correct points.
