WD5000AVVS clicking noise

Hi members,

I have Desktop WD HDD WD5000AVVS, when I connect it to power give clicking noise,
may you help me to detirmine what the problem is, I know it's diffcult to judge what the problem is form voice, but may be indicate which parts of Hdd have problme.
I record the voice when I powerd it,

One or more heads are bad, this is not DIY.
A data recovery company will give you a good estimation of the cost to recover the information.
