Harddisk Converters .. Clear info pls..

Hello there,

Anyone can tell me what I call this?

This pic is Converter Bridge of my media player here.

I like to buy a spare on this but my problem is .. this is SATA to IDE or IDE to SATA?

My Media player Socket is IDE and my Hard drive is SATA.. the above pic is working and that board is attach to
Media Player board and there is cable to the SATA Hardisk..

I bought 4pcs (different Board) in Ebay and I try to put on the Media Player and NOT work,

anyone have idea about this .. thanks ..

Note: The part on the pic is erased by the manufacturer..
