SCSI drive no spin

I got 2 SCSI IBM drive that do no spin, I'm having a hard time finding a donor to swap PCB, could someone guide me what to check on the dead PCB please.

If it's not a motor jamming or stuck heads, check fuses, motor driver IC, and power converter IC's.

Try installing the AutoStart jumper.
