Anybody got a pcb from one of these or an old full unit ?

I have same problem as this poster and I suspect the pcb.

Unit spins up the drive, think I can hear the arm move, no abnormal or horrible clicking noises.
blue led lights up for 30secs, then goes to 4 flashes, pauses, 4 flashes again ( anybody not what the four flash error code means ) ?
Pc fails to recognise / see hdd in disk management.

Continuity test on usb2 connector and ok. Connector pins ok, cant see any burning on board.

Ive looked for stock here in Australia and cant see anything
