Dear fellows,
My above drive has now developed a sudden Disappearance mode.
Mostly it is detected in bios and then the intel desktop shows that there is no hdd.
How to get rid of this problem.
In sata docking station the hard disk is detected for 2 minites then it is not detected.

as Spildit says, you need clone your drive, this procedure is very slow. Ddrescue is a good tool for that.
