I sense that you are not a data recovery professional with the correct tools and facilities. The best time to ask for help was before you tried things yourself. You will need to contact your local professional data recovery lab and expect to pay a lot more for the recovery, if it is still recoverable.

bad news.
if you made heads exchange witout experience probably data is destroyed now.
