I have ST500DM002 hdd.....hdd spins normally, no clicking noise....after shorting pin points it shows the following error in terminal.....after that it shows 3.86 GB......

What was wrong with the drive before you started to "short pin points" ?
I gues that "shorting pin points" = "Read channel"

Agree with head issue, if not "something" is shorted during this terminal output

Or possibly both with Seagate.

After This process finished powerd off the hdd then connected with sata and power
the HDD DETECTED with full capacity and all DATA without loss anything.
This process worked for me in 4 hdd of same model and same problem.

Till now all these 4 hdds working Fine without any problems. I don't know what happended just shorting read channels only (NO commands issued)

Can Someone Explain this.

I agree, this message means overlays and/or servo cant read which is usually heads in my experience.

The drive is definetely degraded, trying to reallocate bads and has firmware issues attempting so.
There is a fine line on this family between just bads + firmware issues and heads issue.
If fortunate, then just bads and firmware. If unfortunate (which is a frequent occurrence), then it is a head issue as well.

How to know for sure? Using proper advanced equipment, expertise in understanding tests that should be run and accurately interpreting test results. Then comes the solution(s) implementation part.

At this point, more testing is necessary.
