Did you move the ROM with the PCB? Are you certain that it is the original PCB?

Both PCB Output same

No Rom Transfer

I think you need to understand the basics for Seagate troubleshooting.
If you swap the PCB without transferring the ROM, then you're just spinning your wheels. (Unless you're VERY experienced and have the proper tools and knowledge).

If you want to rule out PCB then you NEED to transfer the ROM otherwise you're only wasting your time.

If the data is of any value, please pass this drive to someone who knows what he's doing.
