I have Laptop and WD SATA Internal Hard disk. The hdd has failed and I can no longer boot. I got a new internal hard disk for the laptop. How does One get the windows on to the new hard drive.

You'll need either the system restore CD/DVD that came with the laptop, or a Windows CD/DVD (which will probably require driver configuration).

You'll also need a licence key (usually on a sticker underneath the laptop).

If you don't have any of that, take it to a local PC store and pay them to do it for you.
